Project Cooperation Update:In June 2026, Exabio Innovations signed a research processing cooperation with the College of Mechatronics and Control Engineering, Shenzhen University. We undertake the project Fabrication of Composite Biomimetic Dune/Sharkskin Asymmetric Microstructures Based on Metallic Glass. Focusing on biomimetic functional surfaces of Zr-based bulk metallic glass, this project develops manufacturing routes for cross-scale composite asymmetric microarrays to support cutting-edge research on biomimetic drag reduction and amorphous materials.
Collaboration value: Relying on our own precision CNC machining, micro nano replication, and microstructure forming technology capabilities, we provide one-stop micro nano processing outsourcing services for university laboratories from mold design, process development to sample preparation, supporting basic scientific research in the fields of biomimetic fluids and amorphous materials at Shenzhen University of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
