Microfluidic chip, also known as Lab-on-a-Chip or LOC, is an interdisciplinary technology that integrates microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), materials, biology, chemistry, and precision machining; Accurately manipulate nanoliter (nL) to picoliter (pL) microfluidics in microchannels at the micrometer level (1-500 μ m), integrating the entire process of traditional laboratory sampling, pretreatment, reaction, separation, and signal detection on a few square centimeter sheet, achieving miniaturization, automation, high-throughput, and portable analysis.
