Microfluidic thin film chips also known as thin film laboratory chips, are based on medical polymer thin films. Through micro nano processing, micro scale fluid channels (1-500 μ m), reaction chambers, quantitative cells, filtration zones, microvalves, hydrophobic barriers and other functional structures are carved on single-layer/multi-layer flexible films. After precise bonding and sealing of multi-layer films, a closed fluid control system is formed, which can automatically complete the entire biochemical reaction process of sample lysis, separation, purification, nucleic acid amplification, immunostaining, and fluorescence detection under nano micro upgrading of samples. It is a mainstream lightweight chip solution for POCT instant diagnosis and in vitro IVD diagnosis.
