Relying on a 10000 level clean standardized production workshop, we have built a complete microfluidic batch intelligent manufacturing production line, providing stable mass production and delivery for the biopharmaceutical fields such as IVD in vitro diagnostics, molecular testing, and single-cell sequencing. It can achieve stable supply in large quantities ranging from 100000 to millions. The entire production process follows the medical device production standards, and each batch is accompanied by dimensional accuracy, sealing, optical performance, and biocompatibility testing reports, strictly controlling batch differences. The sampling process can directly shift the mass production line without the need for secondary process debugging, greatly reducing the product registration and conversion cycle, and providing a one-stop solution for the large-scale production needs of biopharmaceutical microfluidic chips from research and development prototypes to commercial implementation.
